Hatha Yoga suitable for all levels - I may use props so have a strap or belt handy and maybe a block or cushion plus something to lie on

As this is a live class I ask that you mute yourself to avoid the class hearing household noises .........we have heard a lot of kids, dogs and other noises recently ;-)
