General

• Please note no refunds or transfers will be made after you have booked and exceptions cannot be made.

Monthly Direct Debit Memberships

• Members booking spaces but NOT attending for ANY reason, or cancelling with less than 12 hours notice may be charged a cancellation fee of the 50% of the cost of the class if this is a regular occurrance
• Money taken automatically by DD agreement
• We suggest you only book a week in advance but you can book 2 weeks in advance
• All memberships are by DD Only - sign up via the website
• Timetable subject to change / cancellations in unavoidable circumstances / Bank and school Holidays, or low attendance in a class
• No contract or joining fee - No opting in and out - we expect you to be in a membership continuously
• We require one FULL months’ notice to cancel
• If you wish to re-join within 4 months there is a £40 admin fee
