Pole Silks, Straps and Spin

Fun Pole class with a twist ..........the Pole will be spinning
Try just Pole, or Pole with a silk attached or a hand strap
This class is not suitable for a complete beginner to Pole but improvers welcome - you do not need to invert but come dressed for pole (shorts) and bring a T shirt
(underarms covered please if using silks )

Membership is available, sign up online FROM £55 monthly for 5 pole or Aerial classes a month
We do not share poles here so you will get lots of pole time
