All levels welcome but you should have sone some pole previously to know some simple spins

Wear whatever you like, leggings and a T shirt or as little as you like

Heels must be pole specific with non marking soles. If you start marking the floor you may need to take them off

No heels? No problem, wear trainers or just socks works too

You will have your own pole. We do not share equipment at Heavenly ;-)
