Heated Yoga with James

We aim for between 28-32 degrees but we are a bit weather dependant (old building and no insulation)

Please bring your own mat if you have one or a towel to go on top of ours 

James has been teaching Yoga for several years and trained in India. He comes to Heavenly highly recommended 

Do not miss out on this. 

Limited space due to the room size 

To keep the heat in the room I will ask you not to come out of the room once you are in, so please try to keep the door shut as much as possible
