Yin Yoga with Victoria
Yin Yoga is the gentle application of tension to the body allowing the joints to stretch and release leaving you feeling flexible and easing the general aches and pains. Our day to day lives leave us with tightness throughout the body be it from the office, physical activity or general stress and YIN yoga targets this tightness through gentle floor based deep stretching in yoga postures for longer periods of time, ranging from 45 seconds to 5 minutes. The benefits of this class don't end at the physical, as the static meditative state you reach in the postures aims to help focus your mind and cool your thoughts.
