For Beginners to Pole - or maybe returners that have had a break and want to get back into Pole again
We will be learning a variety of spins in both directions, how to climb and sit on the pole, and we will be looking at how to invert safely
This class will be using exercises to get your stronger for Pole - you do not need to improve your strength before starting ............we will help you with that
Please wear normal fitness clothes and bring or wear shorts (no jean shorts), trainers for the warm up and bare feet on the pole
Please take off rings, bracelets, watches, fitness trackers before class or cover them them tape or sweat bands as they damage the poles
Please note hand and body lotions will make the poles slippery so try not to use them on the day of the class
available as a 6 consecutive week course at £60 or pay weekly £12 weekly must be booked 2 hours in advance
