Pole For Beginners / returners
In this 6 week course you will learn a variety of spins in both directions, how to climb and sit on the pole and we will look at how to get upside safely if we feel you are ready for it
A great way to get fitter, stronger and more toned
Please wear normal fitness clothing and bring or wear shorts. No rings, watches etc as they scratch the poles and no body lotions on the day of the class as they will make your pole too slippery
Pay weekly £12 or buy the whole course which will be cheaper, please note missed weeks can not be swapped
