Pole Beginners / Returners

Pole Fitness for complete beginners or those wanting to come back after a long break
We will learn a variety of spins in both directions, how to climb and sit on the pole and we will also start inverting (getting upside down) when we feel you are ready

Please no jewellery and no hand or body lotions on the day of the class as they make the poles slippery
Please bring or wear shorts and a vest or crop top

Book single classes at £15 a class or book a course 4 weeks for £50 or 6 weeks for £60
No dates can be changed once they are booked

Customers with green membership can book this class with Direct Debit. Direct Debit members can only book classes for themselves and not for other people. Direct Debit members should also only book a maximum of 2 weeks ahead. Learn more
