Learn a variety of spins in both directions, how to climb and sit on the pole and we will look at how to get upside down safely

Lots of fun

Please wear normal fitness clothing - a vest or crop top is best and bring or wear shorts

No hand or body lotions to be applied on the day of the class as they transfer to the poles and makes them slippery
No jewellery as it scratches the poles

Please note we do offer a discount for booking more than one week at a time, the more weeks you book the cheaper it becomes - BUT these weeks are not refundable or transferable
