Pole for complete beginners or those wanting to refresh after a break / get stronger and more confident before moving to level 2
This is a 6 week course (consecutive weeks)
You will learn spins on both sides (left and right), how to climb the pole and sit and start to learn how to get upside down safely
Please wear normal fitness clothes and bring / wear shorts (not jean shorts)
No hand or body lotions on the day of the class as they make the poles slippery
available as weekly class at £12 - must be booked
