Yoga and stretching for new mums'
Babies welcome in buggy / pram (although we are upstairs) or car seat......or lay on the mat. We have lots of mats but maybe bring a blanket to go on top
This class is for you, the mum but we try to include baby where we can
Do not worry about any noise your baby may make, and you are very welcome to feed as you need to
We will work on strengthen and repairing your core and pelvic floor as well as making your body feel great

Jane is a mum to 4 babies (now big people) so defiantly knows how it feels to be a new mum with a new mum body.....and also a fitness and yoga teacher of over 20 years

Baby age from 6 weeks to active crawling - your baby must stay with you
Older pre schoolers welcome but must be under your care and stay with you
