Start Sunday with a lovely fun Aerial Yoga class in the hammocks

All levels catered for

Stretches, inversions to decompress your spine, some fun tricks, cool shapes in the hammocks and a short relaxation to finish

Please wear leggings or joggers (no zips) and a T shirt, and socks (NO VEST TOPS) Skin should be covered

Remove all sharp jewellery as it damages the fabrics
