At Heavenly we have had several sound and Gong facilitators. Each one is different. Every person that leads the session will have a different experience to bring.

James brings with him a life-long connection to sounds, crafting an experience that weaves together relaxation, imagination and balance.

Suspended in aerial hammocks, you will be comfortably immersed and soothing soundscapes that transport you to a place of calm and creativity. Relaxing your body and freeing your mind.

Whether you have explored sound baths before it are trying them for the first time, this session elevates the experience, inviting you to discover the transformative power of sound in a fresh way.

Please make sure you have no zips, jeans or sharp jewellery on as they can damage the hammocks 

Dress for comfort and the weather. Bring warm blankets, pillows and whatever you need to stay warm - we will heat the room before the session starts but we turn it off to stop noise pollution in the room
