A fun Aerial based circuit including Hoop, Silks, Hammocks, Pole and more

Yes it will be tough, but yes it will be fun

Beginners welcome but very very suitable for those that do some or all of the disaplines 

Options given for difficulty

Come on - give it a go 

This class is best booked using class packs or membership but you are very welcome to buy it as a single class 

No jewellery or zips please due to fabrics being used 

No trainers needed - you will NOT need skin out for pole so leggings are fine
